- How do I refer a friend or family member?
There are two ways to refer friends and family.
1. Login and go to your "profile page" and at the top on the blue bar to the middle you will see a button to "invite others" type in everyone's email and click send.
2. Login and go to "my account" there you will see "your referral link" just copy and paste that in an email or have this printed on your business card or even add to your Myspace page.- Where can I post a review for either a client or assistant?
Login and under the "profile page" click on the "testimonials tab" and write your review.
- How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your Membership please send us an email and we will make your account inactive.
- What if I forgot my password?
On the home page below username and password select the link that says you have forgotten your password and it will be emailed to you.
- How do I report an issue with the site?
In the navagation bar click on "contact us" and select "report an issue".
- How do I report abuse?
On the navagation bar select "contact us" and then select "report abuse"
ASSISTANTS
- How do I bill for my time as an assistant?
It is up to you to establish how to get paid, we do not collect any money from the employer. We suggest you get paid 50% upfront and 50% upon completion of the job. You may want to use another method for billing such as paypal.
- How can I leave feedback for a client?
Login go to your "profile page" select "testimonials tab" and write you review.
- How do I choose the services that I'm interested in finding work in?
Sign up and become a member, go to your "profile page" then select "services" choose only services that
you feel that your best at. Don't forget people are paying you to perform services you choose in your profile.- How do I highlight the times I'm available to work on my calendar?
Login go to your "profile page" select "assistant setting" and change availabilty then save.
- How do I get compensated for referrals?
FLEXIBLEHELP is a site that helps people have more enjoyable lives so wouldn't you love to tell everyone about us. We really appreciate our members for helping us to spread the word about FLEXIBLEHELP so much that we will pay you for your referral. Refer your friends, family and everyone you meet out there in the world and we'll pay you $5 for every three people that sign up and get their background checks. Here's how it works.
- Send a friend our pre written email inviting them to the site by going to your "profile page" click on the on "invite others".
- They click on the link in the email that will send them straight to FLEXIBLEHELP where they sign up. (This is how we can keep track of who you refer. They must sign up through your link in your email invite).
- You get paid $5 for every 3 that sign up and pay their background check. We pay the last Friday of every month.
After the people you refer purchase their background check we will then pay you for your referral.
We wire funds via paypal to your paypal account (we do not send money my means of cash or checks)

- Where do I get a PayPal account?

BACKGROUND CHECKS
- What all does a background check cover?

- Will a background check effect my credit score?
A background check has no effect on your credit score.
- Can anyone see my background check?
No one can see your background check. Once you run the background check you have the option to print it for your records. Should you have any criminal offence the site will place your account as inactive and you will not be able to contact anyone.
- How often should a background check be renewed?
Mandatory every 6 months otherwise your acctount becomes inactive.
- How much does the background check cost?
All background checks for both the Assistants and Employers cost $9.99 you must renew yours every six months. This is for the security of both the Assistants and the Employers.
- What if my background check is incorrect?

- Will a DUI show up on a background report?
In most states a DUI is considered a criminal offense so it will show up and your account would then become inactive.
- Why do you want a background check?
FLEXIBLEHELP.COM requires that both Assistants and Employers get a background check before either party can communicate with one another. This is a security procaution that must be completed to use our site we feel that a background check is important to the safety of everyone.
Your background check information is not shared with ANYONE we DO NOT STORE THIS INFORMATION.
